Think Tank Imports will communicate with you by email, phone or fax to confirm orders, provide tax invoices, confirm dispatch of orders and distribute newsletters about our products and services.
Should any of your details change, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can update our records or login to your account and make the necessary changes yourself. This will minimize delays arising from orders or important documentation being sent to an incorrect address. Please protect your membership account password, as you are liable for all the activities that take place under your account and password. If you believe there has been a breach of security in relation to your account, please notify us immediately and we will issue you with a new password.
Wholesale Orders To access the wholesale prices on this site, you must create an account including your company or business name together with a valid ABN. We will then review the details supplied and grant access. A minimum order of $100.00 is required. This may be made up of a number of single items or multiples of a single item.
All prices shown include GST. Orders will be sent as soon as payment is received in our account. This may take up to 3 days depending on method of payment. Where payment is made by personal cheque, orders will be sent as soon as the cheque is cleared by our bank.

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and given the option of choosing another item or having the item amount deleted from your invoice. An updated invoice including freight charges will be sent to you for confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice due to variations in exchange rates and a competitive marketplace. Orders placed will be charged at the price shown on the site at the time the order is placed.
