Think Tank Imports uses Australia Post or Fastway Couriers for shipping. Charges depend on the weight and destination of your order. Customers may also choose to use their own courier service at their cost.
Postage or freight costs are the actual prices charged to Think Tank Imports, and include the costs of padded bags, or other specific packaging purchased for your order. We normally ship your product as soon as your payment is verified to our account. You will be sent an email advising you that your order has been sent.
Once an item has been shipped we are completely in the hands of the postal/courier services. Allow 5 to 10 days unless you choose Express Post (recommended within Australia) for delivery as we cannot guarantee that post will always be perfect. Insurance is at the discretion of the buyer and should be added to your notes at the checkout. If there is no insurance request, orders over $100 will be sent registered mail. Refunds & Returns
If an item is defective or sent in error please contact us by email immediately and return the item(s) in their original packaging within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Once we receive it we will either send a replacement or credit your account. In the case of items sent in error please insure the returned item/s for the replacement value, as we will not be responsible for any item/s lost or damaged in transit.
All items are sent securely packed in bubble wrap and breakages are rare but not absolutely unheard of. |
